The City of Concordia Commission and Staff works with qualified entrepreneurs to expand or locate their business venture in Concordia. The City has an excellent history of helping businesses grow and prosper by formulating win-win Development Agreements that provide public infrastruture extensions, property tax abatements, Industrial Revenue Bonds, grants from the Downtown Concordia Improvement Grant Program, and business loans from the Concordia Revolving Loan Fund.
