The City provides assistance in identifying applicable programs for business prospects. These may include financing programs, funding mechanisms, planning tools and relevant agencies or organizations. We hope to work with prospects to identify partners that will help make the business successful. This may include guidance for business plan development, equity assistance, utility service assistance as well as property location and procument. We have outstanding relationships with the Kansas Department of Commerce, Hoisington Main Street Inc., the Hoisington Chamber of Commerce, Barton County, USDA- Rural Development, Prairie Enterprise Project and many other resource partners.
