The Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) is part of the W. Frank Barton School of Business and is housed in Devlin Hall. The Center encourages entrepreneurial thinking and programming through quality education, research and community involvement. Meridian 6 The Kansas Family Business Forum is a nationally recognized, highly regarded membership organization of family business owners, their families and key employees. The Forum is designed to provide unique learning experiences to those involved with family businesses. The Entrepreneurship Forum Series focuses on the different methods available to entrepreneurs for assuming business ownership. Using a panel discussion format, world class entrepreneurs are brought together to share their expertise. The FastTrac program is a comprehensive program that provides entrepreneurs with business insights, leadership skills and professional networking connections so they are prepared to create a new business or expand an existing enterprise. Entrepreneur Development Programs are workshops that provide specific information to help business remain viable and healthy. The workshops are designed to gear up businesses for the challenges that lie ahead and provide the resources needed to succeed in a difficult economy. The Wichita State University Business Incubator or BizInc is a venture incubator focused on the earliest stages of entrepreneurial business development.
