The local Workforce Center provides labor exchange services by publishing local job openings & screening qualified job seekers to assist business in their staffing needs. Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) case managers are on staff that can assist job seekers & employers in arranging for training at local technical schools & community colleges. The local Workforce Center also provides rapid response services to effected employees in the event of major layoffs & plant closings.
