We maintain records of total reinvestment, new & existing businesses, number of jobs provided, buildings purchased, building & facade renovation projects, commercial space available, business owners & managers & building owner contacts. We work to improve aesthetics by filling sculpture bases, provide store window & facade design assistance & fill flower planters. We organize events. We recruit, manage & recognize volunteers. We recruit businesses & assist existing businesses as needs arise. We provide incentives: facade matching grants & low interest loans for purchase of building or renovation projects.
