About
ECI Development Corporation is the economic development arm of El Centro; both are 501(c)(3) Kansas not-for-profit corporations. The ECI Building houses the organization’s entrepreneur support center, which includes facilities/office space with suites ranging from 100 square feet to several hundred square feet. Facilities offer the use of conference rooms, telephone system, copier and fax. For new and growing small businesses, the site provides economical, quality, flexible space in a location off the 18th Street Expressway between I-70 and I-35. In addition, the facility also provides extensive parking, a bank vault and limited storage. All agency programs are bilingual and bicultural.
