Based on Main Street’s Four Point approach of Organization, Design, Economic Restructuring, and Promotion, the Downtown Hutchinson Revitalization Partnership is developing an environment where “Your dreams can come true” as a small business, artist, attraction, restaurant, or entrepreneur. We will assist you in finding a location, be your liason with City services; we offer a low-interest loan and tax rebate program for investing in downtown properties and work closely with the Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau in promoting Hutchinson, Kansas.
