The Belleville Main St. Program is a not for profit organization dedicated to uniting our community, capitalizing on our unique talents to revitalize and preserve our downtown area and to enhance the quality of life and overall economic health of our community for future generations.

The vision of the Belleville Main Street Program is to create an attractive, entertaining, and safe downtown that is filled to capacity and is the heart of the community. This creation will not only pertain to attracting new businesses, but will also address promoting existing businesses. This progressive downtown will provide a variety of services including dining, retail, art, and other practical uses, in a courteous, friendly, and accommodating environment. The Main Street vision benefits Belleville and Republic County residents, those attending area events and activities, and all patrons of the downtown area.
