Entrepreneurs just starting, existing businesses adding products or services, or industries undergoing significant change can all use easy visual tools to assist in planning. This class introduces tools which help:

Faculty:  Karen Squires Foelsch has over 30 years experience working in Information Technology and business management leadership roles.  A former Corporate Senior Vice President, she has worked in manufacturing, scientific and educational arenas. She has extensive business planning, implementation and operational experience.  She works as a consultant, is a Certified SCORE mentor, has served on non-profit boards and advises both her undergraduate and graduate universities
