The Board University series was developed to provide information and skills to both current board members and individuals that want to serve on a nonprofit board. It’s also a great series for Executive Directors and staff that need to understand more about the roles and expectations of board members and how to keep them engaged.

Every Board Member is legally and fiscally responsible for a nonprofit organization and should know how to read and understand the monthly financial statements provided by the organization. This session will help you to understand those financial statements.
