Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge
The Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge is a one-day entrepreneurship competition open to students in grades 7-12 from a NW KS Entrepreneurship Community* who have participated in a qualifying local competition (see below).
Applicants will submit an entry form and business plan after competing in their local competition. Selected participants will compete in an elevator pitch competition and trade-show. Finalists will make formal business plan presentations.
Students will compete for $5,000 in total awards.
- 1st place: $2,500 award
- 2nd place: $1,250 award
- 3rd place: $750 award
- $500 of additional awards

Guidelines
Students wishing to participate in the 2014 Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge must first compete in a qualifying local competition and then submit an application form and business plan by the deadline.
NOTE: Deadline extended to April 23, 2014.
