Bring a calculator, a pencil, and paper! This is an in-person/live* 90-minute workshop for Established Businesses. We cover the 7-Steps to Financial Success and work on an actual example of how to use this information to manage a business more effectively. We cover pricing, financial cycles, financial roadmap, ratio scorecard, leakage, break even, financial gap, profit plan, and a managed balance sheet. This workshop is excellent for business owners to understand how to improve their business and financial knowledge. It is also a great tool for Accountants/CPAs to keep their clients on track.
