NetWork Kansas Welcomes Lea Ann Seiler to its Entrepreneurship (E-) Community Partnership Team

Wichita, Kansas — Today, NetWork Kansas announced the hiring of Lea Ann Seiler as the Manager, Entrepreneurship, Southwest Region. In this role, Seiler will support the work of E-Community leadership teams to help advance and strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems in Kansas’ southwest region.

“I am thrilled to begin working alongside Lea Ann,” said Christy Preston, Manager, Entrepreneurship Region. “Her experience, passion for entrepreneurship and exceptional leadership skills will make this transition easy. Lea Ann checks all the boxes for this role and the entire NetWork Kansas team is excited for her to join us.”

Previous to her role with NetWork Kansas, Seiler served as the Hodgeman County Economic Development Director for the past 15 years. Seiler is very passionate about the work she does and is an influential and respected leader not only in Hodgeman County but in southwest Kansas.

In addition to her work in economic development, Seiler’s professional experience also includes being:

– A Certified Destination Creation Facilitator
– Hodgeman County Maker Space Creator
– Growing Rural Business Completer
– Hodgeman County Maker Camp, YEC, and Acton Children’s Business Fair Director
– Bank and Insurance Marketer
– CDBG Grant Administrator

Seiler is married and has five children and six grandchildren. She’s a proud Rural Kansas resident, a maker and she enjoys traveling.
