By NetWork Kansas

NetWork Kanas has released its fiscal year 2022 annual report: Scaling to New Heights. The report examines the organization’s increased capacity and strategic growth that fueled support for urban and rural entrepreneurs.

Among its impact highlights: receiving a $3 million grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation to accelerate entrepreneurial ecosystems, increasing investment in underrepresented businesses and growing its Entrepreneurship (E-) Community Partnership from 69 communities to 80.

The Kansas Department of Commerce and NetWork Kansas approved to administer $69 million Kansas Framework for Growth GROWKS Loan and Equity fund programs.

Catalyzing cross-sector community and economic development through the inaugural NetWorked for Change conference.

“A statewide organization is nothing without its network,” said Erik Pedersen, President and Chief Operating Officer of the organization. “NetWork Kansas programs and loan funds mean nothing without the committed community volunteers, our NetWork Kansas staff and the network of resource partners across the state.”
